On the second floor: Bedroom with en suite bathroom and a large front roof terrace of approx. 50 m² with Jacuzzi, relaxation swing, and a breathtaking panoramic view. The living area is constantly supplied with fresh air, ensuring the best air quality.

135 m² on one level
Two separate bedrooms located indoors, two large bathrooms with shower and bathtub. Two large wardrobes. Fully equipped kitchen island in the living area. A sofa bed measuring 1.60 x 2.00 m provides space for two additional people. Screened with a room divider. Two fully glazed fronts facing south and west with a beautiful view of the garden and the mountains. The entire apartment area is constantly supplied with circulating and fresh air, ensuring the best air quality at all times. Large terrace of approximately 25 m² facing south and west with a whirlpool, dining area, sun loungers, and barbecue facilities.

Prices, Minimum Stay, Local Tax
- The stated prices are for two people/apartment, with apartment 1 suitable for a maximum of four people and apartment 2 suitable for a maximum of six people.
- Minimum stay: 5 days
- The local tax is 3.30 EUR per night and person from 14 years.
- Our house is open all year round.
Inclusive Services and Important Information
- Inclusive Services: The daily rate includes electricity, water, and heating expenses, 10% VAT, as well as weekly bed linen change, towel change as needed, bath towels, internet connection, and wireless. Also included is the final cleaning. Not included and charged separately is the local tax. During your stay, you will receive the South Tyrol Guest Pass Schenna.
- Check-In & Check-Out: The apartments are ready for occupancy from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival and are available until 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
- Breakfast Needs Just Around the Corner: The nearest shop for fresh rolls and breakfast supplies is just a 5-minute walk away.
- Covered Parking: Our service also includes a covered parking space, which is separated from the street by a sliding gate.
- Games and Books: Board games and a large selection of books are also part of the holiday apartment amenities.
- Whirlpool: Enjoy relaxation in the private whirlpool on the terrace after a strenuous hiking or skiing day.
- Personal Insider Tips: We are happy to advise you, if desired, on hiking trails, excursion destinations, cultural events, or the numerous restaurants.
- E-Car Charging Station: A charging station for your electric car is available for a fee.
- Pet Information: Thank you for your understanding that pets are not allowed in our holiday apartments.
- Non-Smoking Apartments: For the sake of health, our apartments are non-smoking zones!
General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
- Bookings under 7 days: Bookings under 7 days are not accepted during the high season and at Christmas.
For bookings under 7 days, a surcharge of € 70.00 per day will be charged. - Cash payment: In Italy, cash payments can only be accepted to a limited extent according to Italian regulations.
- Deposit: For definitive reservations, we ask you to transfer a deposit of Euro 500.00 to the following account:

Please note: The booking becomes binding upon payment of the deposit and the sending of the booking confirmation.
- Cancellation conditions: Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 ZGB: There is no right of withdrawal in the sense of the Italian Consumer Protection Code. Nevertheless, we grant you a right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions in the sense of Art. 1382 ZGB: Up to 3 months before arrival, we will refund your deposit minus a processing fee of Euro 25.00. From 3 months to 4 weeks before arrival, the deposit will be retained as compensation. Within the last 4 weeks before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the booking price. In case of no-show or early departure or late arrival, the fee for the entire booking period is due in full. Please inform us in good time if you are unable to start your holiday.
- Travel cancellation insurance: We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance when booking your stay. This can cover the cancellation fees and you can look forward to your holiday without any worries.
